━ POLICY & LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT(S) ━

ORDER FORM: Improperly completed order form submissions will result in a cancelation of your appointment. We will send notice of said cancelation and the reason via the email on file. A notice will NOT be sent inworld or via any social media. It is the clients responsibility to submit a new order form with the correct information as order forms cannot be altered by staff to maintain the integrity of the contract. The above also applies to any changes you may want to make to your original submission as we cannot alter the form for you.

EDITING STYLES: Unfortunately due to demand we cannot guarantee the availability of our freestyle category any longer so we will reflect the availability on the order form.

PAYMENT: The FULL L$ or $USD balance is due at the time of booking. This also serves as a retainer to hold your appointment and is non-refundable. It is the clients sole responsibility to verify they're sending the payment to the correct account as provided in our instructions.

APPOINTMENTS: All appointment times are in SLT/PDT. At the time and date of your selected appointment you will be required to be present within 15 minutes of the 30 minute time slot. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointments time and date as there aren't any notices sent prior to the appointment. There is generally no need to arrive on your own or message staff as you'll receive a message from the photographer followed by a teleport within your appointments time slot. If you have consecutive appointment slots on the same day you must be present at the first appointment as stated above and typically all shots can be taken within that time and you will not required to be present for following appointments that day. For time management reasons we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment within a reasonable amount of time to consolidate appointments for standard services. Ex. if there are no other active appointments on the day you've chosen your appointment will be rescheduled within 1-2 days on a day where other appointments are scheduled. You will be given a new date and the same or a similar time (within a hour of the original).

MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Failure to be present within 15 minutes of the allotted 30 minute time slot of your appointment and/or failure to give at least 24 hours notice of rescheduling will carry an additional L$1,000 or $5 USD missed appointment/rescheduling fee. After a missed appointment occurs clients can reschedule a new appointment at their earliest convenience (remember to include the transaction ID of your rescheduling fee). Please be prompt and respectful of the staffs time as (3) missed appointments will result in a termination of our business relationship without a refund to prevent continued abuse. Please be advised any and all appointments must be held within 30 days of the original payment as we are unable to verify transaction history beyond such dates, failure to do so would be considered an abandoned service and payment will be forfeited.

REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstance.

COURTESY PROGRAM: If for some reason you no longer want the service or an issue occurs after booking you may request a gift card for the full amount to use at a later time OR transfer to someone else (please note this feature is intended for family/friends and it is prohibited to seek a buyer for this purpose; doing so will result in a termination of our business relationship without a refund). To qualify for our courtesy program you must be in good business standing with us, your portrait cannot be in progress or completed and you must have your original transaction information.

REVISIONS: We offer (1) minor revision to the final portrait except when "FREESTYLE" (or any equivalent) is chosen meaning you have released all creative control, those types of photos will not include any revisions. Revisions will not be made if the revision is needed as a direct result of a low quality reference photo being supplied.

DELIVERY TIME: (standard delivery/non-rush services) may take up to 15 business days. (V.I.P - The Executive Treatment) has a next day goal but may occasionally take up to 3 business days depending on demand. Delivery may occur sooner than estimated, but should not go beyond the maximum. The countdown starts the following day of your appointment and delivery estimates are demand based. Business days are as follows: Monday - Friday (time varies) (excluding us holidays). Delays in rushed delivery may qualify for a L$500 refund for each additional day up to the max value of the optional rushed service fee which is calculated by subtracting the standard delivery service from the rushed delivery service (this refund is only applicable if the delay is caused by the editor). We reserve the right to 30 business days after the completed appointment date to either deliver the service or refund the currency obtained before any legal action can be taken.

DELIVERY PROTOCOL: Portraits are edited and delivered based on their priority and position in line based on appointment date and time. V.I.P. (The Executive Treatment) takes priority over all services, V.I.P. (Rush Delivery Only) takes priority over standard and etc. (Ex: If you're #1 in line for a standard portrait and there are multiple V.I.P. orders rather ahead or behind you the V.I.P. orders will be fulfilled first. However your order will be fulfilled prior to other standard orders as you're #1 in line for this scenario.) In the case of ordering multiple portraits in a single list opening regardless of priority once one portrait has been delivered, you will be cycled to the end of the line in your category (V.I.P., standard, etc.) for your next portrait and so on. (Ex: If you're #1 of 5 in line with an order of 2 V.I.P. portraits your first portrait will be fulfilled right away as you're #1 in this scenario and then you will be moved to the back of the V.I.P. line for your second portrait.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: In the event you have a special request for your portrait the artist reserves the right to quote you a higher than displayed price. (Example: If you provide a reference photo that is black and white which you would like converted to full color the fee for that photo may be an estimated additional L$2,500 or $10 USD for realistic color enhancements).

EDIT RESTRICTIONS: Our Logo/Signature/Watermark is NOT to be removed under any circumstance. Portraits may not be edited or manipulated in any way by any person(s) who is/are not employed by Frozen Illusions.

HARASSMENT: Any rude gestures, obscene comments, harassment, or slander of the business and any of its employees will result in blacklisting of your avatar without a refund or delivery of portrait and a second life report may be made against you. Slander of our name(s), image, business or personal likeness may result in legal action. We reserve the right to deny service to any person(s) at our discretion who choose not to follow these written guidelines. All transactions and chats are logged for our security.

MISCELLANEOUS AGREEMENT(S):

All images, screen shots, or snapshots can be used at our discretion for business purposes, unless otherwise noted.

DISCLAIMER: We reserve all rights to all images, chats, renderings, and transactions. we do not give permission for anyone to use our chats or transactions rather by clipboard copy and paste, screen shot images or screen recordings nor do we give permission for anyone to use our designs, creations or images in or outside of the internet without our expressed written and signed consent. Any violation of said instances will result in a DMCA removal request and possible further legal action.

Any violation(s) of the above terms will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of any business relationship(s) without a refund. Federal and local law offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in their geographic location. This disclaimer is not to be tampered with, copied, used for any other purpose or by any other person(s).
